What is in the box
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it if I cannot play music?
Yes. You start by pressing a Chord Pad and strumming the Paddle, with no need to learn standard guitar chord shapes first. The app and the lights on the neck guide your playing with supported songs.
Do I need to connect the app every time?
Basic playing works on the instrument itself, while songs, interactive sheets, settings and some guidance features are used through the app. Please connect the C2 from within the LiberLive app, not from your phone Bluetooth menu.
Does it have built-in drums and bass?
Yes. It has Classic Drum, Armed Drum and Auto Drum, plus bass that syncs with the chords you play, so solo playing sounds fuller.
Can I practise without disturbing others?
Yes. Connect headphones via the 3.5 mm jack as described in the manual, or use the 6.35 mm jack with compatible external audio equipment.
How long does the battery last?
About 8 hours using the built-in speakers and about 12 hours using external audio equipment. Actual battery life depends on how you use it.
How do I fold it without damaging the mechanism?
When unfolding, open the neck first and then the body frame. When storing, fold the body frame first and then the neck. Never reverse this order when folding.
Can I use it as a speaker to listen to music?
Yes. The C2 has a Bluetooth Hi-Fi speaker mode, so you can use it as a music speaker when you are not playing.
How long is the warranty?
The instrument has a 1-year warranty and the Travel Case has a 3-month warranty, subject to the manufacturer terms. Thai service-centre warranty and claim procedures are set by the Thai distributor.
