Delivery Area
We ship within Thailand only. International shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping on every order — no minimum spend and no additional conditions.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by product type and destination, counted from the date the order is confirmed and payment has been completed:
- Bangkok and Greater Bangkok: approximately 1–3 business days
- Other provinces: approximately 3–5 business days
Certain items that must be imported or specially manufactured may require additional time; you will be informed of this before your order is confirmed.
Note: "Business days" means Monday–Friday, excluding government and public holidays.
Order Processing
Once you have placed your order and completed payment, our team will prepare and dispatch your items as quickly as possible. You will receive an email or message with your parcel tracking number once the items have left our warehouse.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order has shipped, you can track its delivery status using the tracking number we send you by email or message.
Shipping Delays
The delivery times stated above are estimates only. Delays may occur due to causes beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, long holiday periods, or carrier issues. In the event of a significant delay, we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible.
Items Damaged or Lost in Transit
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, or if an item is lost en route, please contact us within 3 days of the date you received the item (or the date you should have received it), together with supporting photographs, so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before confirming your order. LiberLive shall not be responsible for any delay or misdelivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
